Thank you for choosing to commission a unique piece of art! Below, you’ll find the important details regarding shipping, handling, and return policies for your commissioned artwork.

Shipping Information

  1. Shipping Times
    Once your commissioned artwork is completed and final payment has been received, I will ship the piece to the address you provide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork. Please allow 7-14 business days for domestic shipping. Custom artwork may require additional time to package securely.

  2. Packaging
    Every piece of art will be packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I use high-quality, protective materials such as bubble wrap, cardboard, or art tubes (for paper-based artwork) to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping fees are calculated based on the size of the artwork, your location, and the shipping method. These costs will be added to your final invoice before shipment. 

  4. Tracking
    Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your order’s progress until it reaches you. If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please feel free to contact me directly for assistance.

  5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    While I take every precaution to package your artwork safely, once an item has been handed off to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. However, I will work with you to resolve the situation. If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package so I can initiate an insurance claim or arrange for a possible replacement.


Returns & Refunds

  1. No Returns on Custom Artwork
    Since each piece of commissioned artwork is unique and created specifically for you, returns are not accepted. This is standard practice for custom artwork as it cannot be resold.

  2. Damaged or Defective Artwork
    If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the piece. I will assess the damage and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. In the case of a significant issue, a partial refund or credit towards a future commission may also be offered.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel a commission, you may do so within 3 days of placing the order for a full refund of your deposit. After the 3-day window, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If I have already started working on the commission, partial payments or no refunds may apply, depending on the stage of the project.

  4. Refunds
    Refunds are not generally offered for commissioned artwork unless there is an issue with the final product that cannot be resolved (such as irreparable damage or failure to meet the agreed-upon terms). If a refund is granted, it will be processed through the same method used for payment and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.


Important Notes

  • Please Double-Check Your Shipping Address: Ensure the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct, as I am not responsible for issues arising from incorrect addresses.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Once artwork is delivered and accepted, the buyer is responsible for caring for and maintaining the artwork. I recommend framing or placing the piece in a safe environment to protect it from environmental damage.
